Bij een appartemententoren is er ook minder grond nodig om grote groepen onder te brengen. Daarnaast, door het ter verkoop aanbieden van appartementen, zal de vraag naar grond afnemen.<\/p>\n<p>In New York heeft men in de jaren zestig grote woonwijken opgekocht en appartemententorens gebouwd. De mensen die hun grond en huis hebben verkocht, konden een appartement kopen. Er kwam veel grond vrij dat werd omgebouwd tot wandelparken, parkeerruimten, speelplaatsen, sportgelegenheden etc.<\/p>\n<p>Ook in Suriname is dat mogelijk. Een goed voorbeeld is het Oldenburg project te Ringweg Noord, waar er 120 huizen zijn gebouwd op een gebied van 10 ha grond, terwijl 4 ha voldoende zou zijn als er appartementen waren gebouwd. Op de overige 6 ha zou er een universiteit kunnen komen, een natuurpark en misschien een groot meer of \u2018pan\u2019 dat als waterberging kan dienen.<\/p>\n<p>Op het Terzol Vastgoed Grond Congres met als thema Appartementsrecht komt Dhr Ramon Kadirbaks ook aan het woord. Dhr. Kadirbaks is Onderdirecteur Ruimtelijke Ordening bij het Ministerie van Ruimtelijke Ordening en Milieu en zal het hebben over de rol van het Ministerie van Ruimtelijke Ordening en Milieu bij het ontwikkelen van de gronden in Suriname op de meest effectieve manier. Wij spreken onze dank uit naar Dhr Kadirbaks voor zijn bereidheid om het Surinaamse volk toe te spreken tijdens dit Congres.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Terzol Vastgoed Grond Congres 27, 28 en 29 Oktober 2021<\/strong><\/h3>\n<blockquote class=\"tzbl\"><p>Van 27 tot en met 29 oktober 2021 wordt, voor het eerst in Suriname, een<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/terzol.com\/vastgoed\/grond-congres-2021\/\">Grond Congres<\/a><\/strong> gehouden met als thema \u2018Appartementsrecht\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Dit Congres is een priv\u00e9-initiatief van <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/terzol.com\/\">Terzol Vastgoed NV<\/a><\/strong> en wordt georganiseerd door <a href=\"https:\/\/tabtogroup.com\"><strong>Tabto Group NV<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Het doel van dit Congres is om de awareness en de \u2018sense of urgency\u2019 van het Appartementsrecht te vergroten, teneinde de aanname van de Wet te bespoedigen.<\/p>\n<p>Vanwege de pandemie zal het Congres live uitgezonden worden, om zoveel mogelijk personen en bedrijven de gelegenheid te geven om te participeren en om vragen te stellen.
