We hebben nog steeds veel occupanten, studenten die thuis wonen, 60-plussers die kleiner en efficienter willen gaan wonen, expats die luxueze penthouses willen kopen of huren, onze diaspora die hier wilt investeren en ondernemers die graag willen investeren in de bouw van woontorens met de bedoeling om die appartementen te kunnen verkopen.<\/p>\n<p>Een appartemententoren bouwen kost echter heel veel geld. In het buitenland komen meestal meerdere investeerders bijeen om een torengebouw neer te zetten. Met het Appartementsrecht zijn zij in staat om appartementen of zelfs hele verdiepingen van een woontoren te kopen of te verkopen. Hoogbouw garandeert daarnaast een effici\u00ebntere benutting van de grond.<\/p>\n<p>Naast de vastgoedsector krijgen ook andere sectoren nieuwe kansen.\u00a0Het bouwen van appartementen torens brengt ontwikkeling en ondernemerschap. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan onderhoud, schoonmaak en beveiliging.<\/p>\n<p>Het Appartementsrecht als boost, \u00a0voor de economische ontwikkeling en de noodzaak hiervan ten behoeve van investeringen in de vastgoedsector, zal nader worden belicht op het <a href=\"https:\/\/terzol.com\/vastgoed\/grond-congres-2021\/\">Terzol Vastgoed Grond Congres<\/a> door onze eigen Financieel Expert en Die-Hard Econoom, Dhr. Jim Bousaid. Dhr. Bousaid is oud-bankier en voormalig topman van een van de drie grootste Banken in Suriname. Wij zijn vereerd om de gelegenheid te krijgen om te luisteren naar de rijke woorden van kennis en wijsheid van Dhr Jim Bousaid.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Terzol Vastgoed Grond Congres 27, 28 en 29 Oktober 2021<\/strong><\/h3>\n<blockquote class=\"tzbl\"><p>Van 27 tot en met 29 oktober 2021 wordt, voor het eerst in Suriname, een<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/terzol.com\/vastgoed\/grond-congres-2021\/\">Grond Congres<\/a><\/strong> gehouden met als thema \u2018Appartementsrecht\u2019. Dit Congres is een priv\u00e9-initiatief van <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/terzol.com\/\">Terzol Vastgoed NV<\/a><\/strong> en wordt georganiseerd door <a href=\"https:\/\/tabtogroup.com\"><strong>Tabto Group NV<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Het doel van dit Congres is om de awareness en de \u2018sense of urgency\u2019 van het Appartementsrecht te vergroten, teneinde de aanname van de Wet te bespoedigen.<\/p>\n<p>Vanwege de pandemie zal het Congres live uitgezonden worden, om zoveel mogelijk personen en bedrijven de gelegenheid te geven om te participeren en om vragen te stellen.
