Dhr. Jadnanansing zal de juridische aspecten van het Appartementsrecht belichten.<\/p>\n<p>Het huidig Burgerlijk Wetboek (BW) van Suriname is op 1 mei 1869 ingevoerd. De behoefte voor aanpassing van het huidige BW aan de maatschappelijke werkelijkheid heeft ertoe geleid dat het ontwerp Nieuw Burgerlijk Wetboek (NBW), waarin essenti\u00eble vernieuwingen en verbeteringen zijn aangebracht, is opgesteld. <strong>In dit ontwerp NBW is ook het Appartementsrecht in boek 5 titel 9 opgenomen.<\/strong> Na inwerkingtreding van het Nieuwe aangepaste BW zal dit Appartementsrecht eindelijk de mogelijkheid bieden om Appartementscomplexen te bouwen in Suriname.<\/p>\n<h2>Waarom hebben wij nog geen Appartementsrecht?<\/h2>\n<p>In een artikel <a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> van Meester Jadnanansing, gepubliceerd op 27 juni 2016, wordt nader ingegaan op de reden(en) waarom de Wet op het Appartementsrecht nog niet is aangenomen in Suriname. Volgens dit artikel, heeft het Ontwerp Nieuw Burgerlijk Wetboek (ONBW), welke in 2009 is ingediend, De Nationale Assemblee niet bereikt, althans niet op de officiele wijze. Het concept is in 2009 via de toenmalige Minister van Justitie bij de toenmalige President ingediend. In 2011 werd het concept opnieuw aangeboden, dit keer aan de nieuwe President (na de verkiezingen van 2010). Volgens de informatie in het artikel heeft de toenmalige President gevraagd om na te gaan of het concept aangepast moest worden aan de gewijzigde omstandigheden.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Grond Congres 2021<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Tijdens dit <a href=\"https:\/\/terzol.com\/vastgoed\/grond-congres-2021\/\">Grond Congres<\/a> zal Meester Jadnanansing de juridische aspecten van de Wet op het Appartementsrecht nader belichten, en hoe deze Wet ter behandeling kan worden ingediend bij De Nationale Assemblee (zonder dit integraal met het NBW te doen). Het is voor ons een enorme eer dat Meester Jadnanansing, met zijn rijke kennis en ervaring op juridisch gebied,\u00a0 bereid is om te spreken op deze eerste \u2018private initiative Grond Congres\u2019 in Suriname.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"tzbl\"><p>Van 27 tot en met 29 oktober 2021 wordt, voor het eerst in Suriname, een<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/terzol.com\/vastgoed\/grond-congres-2021\/\">Grond Congres<\/a><\/strong> gehouden met als thema \u2018Appartementsrecht\u2019. Dit Congres is een priv\u00e9-initiatief van <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/terzol.com\/\">Terzol Vastgoed NV<\/a><\/strong> en wordt georganiseerd door <a href=\"https:\/\/tabtogroup.com\"><strong>Tabto Group NV<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Het doel van dit Congres is om de awareness en de \u2018sense of urgency\u2019 van het Appartementsrecht te vergroten, teneinde de aanname van de Wet te bespoedigen.<\/p>\n<p>Vanwege de pandemie zal het Congres live uitgezonden worden, om zoveel mogelijk personen en bedrijven de gelegenheid te geven om te participeren en om vragen te stellen.
