The other side of the coin?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In the previous articles, we have always read that Apartment Law can make a significant contribution to our needs for the sustainable development of good living and living environments, the efficient use of our land and a solution to runaway climate change.
\nWhat about the other side of the coin?
\nWhat is the impact of Apartment Law on society?
\nIdeally, we will only experience the benefits of the introduction of Apartment Law.
\nHowever, if we do not implement it integrally, i.e. take into account all social aspects, we run the risk that accommodating families in a tower building could possibly lead to social conflicts, ghetto formation and loitering youth problems (to name just a few aspects).
\nHowever, through a good social approach, many of these problems can be prevented, or tackled efficiently.
\nFor example, it is important that a tower building does not only house low-income groups.
\nAnd families with small children not in the immediate vicinity of senior citizens because of e.g. noise nuisance, etc.
\nEffective social policy is essential in this regard.
\nMr.
\nWinston Wilson, Strategic Partner Tabto Group NV, is a Public Administration expert with many years of experience in Program and Transition Management.
\nBased on his expertise, he will speak about the impact of the introduction of Apartment Law on society.
\nMr.
\nWilson has extensive experience with transitions and has also contributed to the approach of the large cities in the Netherlands, in which the above aspects have also been discussed.

Terzol Real Estate Land Congress 27, 28 and 29 October 2021<\/strong><\/h3>\n

From 27 to 29 October 2021, for the first time in Suriname, a Land Congress<\/a><\/strong> will be held with the theme ‘Apartment Law’.
\nThis Congress is a private initiative of Terzol Vastgoed NV<\/a><\/strong> and is organized by Tabto Group NV.<\/strong><\/a>
\nThe purpose of this Congress is to increase awareness and the sense of urgency of Apartment Law, in order to speed up the adoption of the Act.
\nDue to the pandemic, the Congress will be broadcast live, in order to give as many individuals and companies as possible the opportunity to participate and ask questions.
