\nThe Building, Monuments, Urban Planning and Nuisance Laws are the largest and most important laws that will be scrutinized by the Ministry of Public Works.

From October 27 to 29, 2021, will be held, for the first time in Suriname, a Land Congress<\/a><\/strong> will be held with the theme “Apartment Law.
\nThis Congress is a private initiative of Terzol Vastgoed NV<\/a><\/strong> and will be organized by Tabto Group NV<\/strong><\/a>.
\nThe purpose of this Congress is to raise awareness and the “sense of urgency” of the Apartment Law in order to speed up the adoption of the Law.
