\nAt the opening of the Building and Housing Fair in August 2017, a politician stated that the Apartment Law Act is necessary to solve the housing shortage faster.
\nTwo weeks back, our President again emphasized the importance of the Apartment Law 1.
\nThe Land Congress will also feature our own President of The Supreme College of State, Mr. Marinus Bee.
\nMr. Bee will highlight the status of legislation for apartments in Suriname, as well as what the role of The National Assembly is in this.

From October 27 to 29, 2021, will be held, for the first time in Suriname, a Land Congress<\/a><\/strong> will be held with the theme “Apartment Law.
\nThis Congress is a private initiative of Terzol Vastgoed NV<\/a><\/strong> and will be organized by Tabto Group NV<\/strong><\/a>.
\nThe purpose of this Congress is to raise awareness and the “sense of urgency” of the Apartment Law in order to speed up the adoption of the Law.
\nDue to the pandemic, the Congress will be broadcast live, to give as many individuals and companies as possible the opportunity to participate and ask questions.
