class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Details of the property<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Property address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Glis data (mortgage extract and plot ID).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Year of construction and area of plot and building.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Property type information (e.g., lot, house, commercial property, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Information about the property<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Detailed description of the property, including number of rooms, bathrooms and other amenities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information on any improvements, renovations or additions to the property.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Property and mortgage information<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Property documents, including any previous appraisal reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information on current mortgage, if applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Maintenance and repair history<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Documentation of any recent maintenance and repair work on the property.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any warranty certificates for work performed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Documents on the use of the property<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Information on any rental income (if rented out).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zoning or permits that may affect the use of the property (e.g., for commercial purposes).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Personal documents<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identification documents (e.g., passport or
