important documents that may be required: <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>For Vendors:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Identification documents: <\/strong>A valid identification document, such as a passport or ID card, is required to identify the buyer.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Proof of Marital Status:<\/strong> If applicable, marriage certificates or divorce documents may be required.\nForeign sellers must provide a Historic BRP extract. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Certificate of title (deed of conveyance): <\/strong>This document proves that the seller is the legal owner of the property and has the right to sell it.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Parcel ID:<\/strong> When selling real estate, a parcel ID is required in most cases.\nCheck with your broker beforehand if this applies in your case. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Transfer statement (boundary description): <\/strong>This document describes the boundaries of the property and is required for the transfer of ownership.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Mortgage deed (if applicable): <\/strong>If the property was used as collateral for a loan, there will be a mortgage deed that must be redeemed at the time of
